Meet the team ✦
Our team is made up of a bunch of lovely, clever, and ambitious people. We have deliberately built a team around our values; culture is key to us, and we believe it is crucial to the quality of our work. We encourage the team to be themselves, we work to play to everyone’s unique approach and strengths, and embrace authenticity. This allows us the honesty to deliver the work we are truly proud of.

OUR ETHOS
We strive to work collaboratively and in a collective way, meaning we see each other as partners with different and complimentary expertise. We are very proud of our team and recognise and reward their individual expertise.
We believe in investing in experienced people so that we and our clients benefit from this expertise at all stages of the project. We are not precious about what tasks we do and who does what, the focus is not on a hierarchy of position but the quality of what we deliver.
We don’t work in silos. We are flexible, efficient and collaborate with each other and our clients. We relish a challenge and always focus on solutions. We welcome ideas, feedback and new approaches and constantly seek to learn and evolve from each other and external sources of inspiration.
We truly care about each other and never let each other down. This extends to the way we like to work with our clients. Where we want to build close and effective relationships.
We think Watermelon is a fabulous place to work, and we see that come through in all that we do.
Our Values
Our culture and way of working is centred around six values. We chose these as what we felt was the best reflection of us, how we behave and how we want to build relationships with each other and our clients.
